Boss Fight Showcase

The video below showcases some of the scripted boss fights I designed in the Fallout 4 Creation Kit for my personal modding projects. When designing these boss fights, I was interested in exploring unique ways to use the game mechanics in boss fights. One way I was able to do so was during the boss fight with Hayden in James Ruin (2021) featured below. Hayden is very tough, and not easily damaged by your attacks. The only way to defeat Hayden is by knocking her off the back of the train by staggering her using your melee attacks.

Scripted Scenes Showcase

The video below showcases some of the scripted sequences I designed in the Fallout 4 Creation Kit for my personal modding projects. As I became more proficient using the Creation Kit and scripting in Papyrus, the scripted scenes in my mod projects grew in complexity, providing unique experiences for users. One of the more unique experiences I was able to provide was the silo scene in James’ Ruin (2021), shown below. Late into the story of the mod, you and your allies are taken captive, and wake up at the bottom of an underground missile silo. The only way to avoid certain death as the missiles take off one-by-one is to hide in one of the side rooms as the missiles launch.
